We donated food and basic necessities to food banks in Prague, Hradec Králové, and the Ostrava Social Services Center. In 2023 we came together on three different occasions in Prague, and once in Hradec Králové and Ostrava to collect food and basic necessities to donate to organizations who support those in need within our local communities.
In Prague, we organized three food drives, collecting a total of 711 kg of non-perishable items for our local food bank. The Prague Food Bank supports the social services and child care departments in our community, providing essential food and aid to single mothers, isolated seniors, and families in crisis. In total, we donated enough to serve approximately 300 people.
In April 2023, we came together in Ostrava to donate food and basic hygiene products to the Ostrava Social Services Center, which is a public benefit society that supports mothers with children in need. Upon delivering the donation, we received a warm thank you and expression of gratitude from the director of the center and were told that our donations would serve approximately 11 mothers and 18 children.
Through each charity initiative across the Czech Republic we found joy in coming together and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need in our communities.
