Austria, winter months 2023/24
Once a month during the winter months, we prepare a full-fledged, warm, vegetarian lunch with starter, main course and dessert for about 25 homeless people and other people in need.
We first prepare the food at home then warm the meal in the small kitchen of the Elisabeth-Stüberl so that we can serve it between 11:30 and 12:30. What is left over is made available to the needy in the evening in the emergency shelter.
After washing up and cleaning the kitchen and dining room, the dining tables are prepared for the next day and around 1 p.m. our service is over.
